Stress Free Safety Pty Ltd T/A Virtual Safety Manager (ABN 91 268 420 269) of 14 Bradley Street, Clontarf Qld 4019 (“Service Provider”)
AND
Client Details (“Client”)
and in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions over page.
SCOPE OF WORK
The Client has engaged the Service Provider to provide services in connection with . The Service Provider will / as per Proposal #.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
This agreement will begin and will end. Either party may cancel this agreement on days notice to the other party in writing.
TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT AND PAYMENT
Client shall pay Service Provider $xx (ex GST) for a XX hour package. Payment is to be received upfront or in limited circumstances, by negotiation.
Virtual Safety Manager Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply in respect of the services to be performed by Virtual Safety Manager (‘VSM’) for the client named in the attached service agreement.
i. The Proposal
These Terms and Conditions form part of the attached service agreement. This service agreement replaces and supersedes any previous proposals, correspondence, understanding or other communications whether written or verbal.
ii. Agreement to Achieve Objectives
To the maximum extent legally and practicably, the parties agree to use their best endeavours to achieve the objectives of this agreement.
iii. Payment Terms
Payment must be made upfront prior to work commencing. Paypal and direct debit payment options are available.
iv. Confidentiality
Neither VSM nor the client will disclose confidential information about the other without the others written consent. The only exceptions are if law requires disclosure, or it is necessary for the proper performance of the services.
v. The Services
The packaged hours purchased may be used for any services offered by VSM.
vi. The People
We reserve the right to utilise subcontractors should the need arise, and reference to our staff includes subcontracted staff.
vii. General
For the duration of our engagement, and for 12 months after its termination or completion, you will not employ/contract, or procure a third party to employ/contract, any VSM employee or contractor who has taken part in the performance of the service.
viii. Travel and Accommodation Costs (if applicable)
Should the client require VSM to attend site for any services that cannot be undertaken in a virtual sense, then travel and accommodation costs outside Brisbane metro area may apply and will be discussed and agreed prior to the travel being booked.
